James W. Woody - Email: jwoody@insightpropertygroup.com Jimmy received his B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. After graduating, he moved back to Raleigh and began working for Mid-Atlantic Stihl Inc., an outdoor power equipment distributor, as an Operations Manager for approximately three years. He joined with his brother in 1997 to start Bikers Boulevard, a full-service Harley-Davidson motorcycle business, in Raleigh. His interest in commercial real estate led him to joining Mikels & Jones Properties in April of 2000 after earning his NC Real Estate Brokers license. Jimmy has concentrated on leasing properties in the triangle area and providing tenant and landlord representation for various companies and owners. He has been involved in over $15 million dollars in real estate transactions. Jimmy and his wife Robin of five years have a daughter, Reese, born in December of 2004. Jami is a licensed real estate broker with over five years of commercial real estate experience in the Triangle market. She graduated from Meredith College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a Concentration in Marketing along with a double major in Political Science Concentration in Pre-Law in 2001. Prior to joining Insight Property Group, Jami was the Marketing Director and Sales Associate for Rich Commercial Realty. He began his real estate career as a market researcher in 1999 with Dorey’s FirstCLS, a commercial real estate listing information company, in Atlanta, GA. After obtaining his salesperson license in Georgia, he continued his career with The Stanfield York Company, a full-service commercial real estate firm, where he performed a wide range of duties including leasing, selling and managing retail and office property throughout the Atlanta metro area. Prior to joining the Insight, Rob spent 8 months in Southern Pines, NC with Clift Commercial as a full-service broker in North Carolina.
